GAHA DIBS

• TO ACCESS THE DIBS PAGE:
• Go to the WEBSITE (NOT THE CROSSBAR APP). Click the top left menu and choose "account" then click the black down arrow to the left of "participants", next, click "Volunteer." Scroll to the bottom and click "more information."

GAHA runs on a VOLUNTEER SYSTEM and holds extremely low registration fees. In doing so we need to make up more funds in order to keep our program running. One of the ways we do this is by having families volunteer their time in order to save costs of paying workers. The requirements are as follows:

• Every family will need to complete 13 Concession Dibs OR Squirt/Peewee/Bantam Home Tournament Box Dibs.  1 concession dib = 1 hour. 1 box dib = duration of the game. (With the exception of penalty box dibs, these will be 0.5 dibs each.) 
• Each team will be in charge of their own home game box dibs.  This will be organized by the Team Manager (either assigned or sign ups).  Mites and Mini Mites will be responsible for covering their home tournament dibs, organized by the team manager.  
• Team Managers, Locker Room Monitors, and Coaches will be exempt from home game box dibs (unless willing and needed).  
• Each team will be assigned one high school game to work the concession stand. This counts toward your 13 Dibs.

You will sign up for your dibs on this website under the volunteer tab or on your app. Once you have signed up for your dib, it will sync to your family calendar within the app.

*In order to NOT miss your child's games- please work concession dibs for games other than your own! The other dibs are great to do during your own game because you won't miss the action.
