2024 Registration is Wednesday  April 25 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and

Thursday April 26 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm 

at the Hodgins-Berardo Recreation Center (arena) in Coleraine

 

2024 REGISTRATION FORM

Greenway Rec., Box 519, Coleraine MN 55722.

 

Form must be returned by May 10th, 2024.

 

Coaches will notify all players of time, date and location of first practice.

You must register or you will not be allowed to participate in this program.

 

 

Fastpitch softball teams are

8U Girls age 6 by August 31; cost $40.

10U and 12U, Girls' age on January 1, 2024; cost $50.

14U, Girls' age on January 1, 2024; cost $75.

 

Fees cover umpire payments, field maintenance, equipment, and tournament entry fees. 

Each team will compete in two tournaments and one weekly double header.

Community Fundraising

 

Greenway Fastpitch Booster Club

The club has conducted many fundraisers and contributed to the scoreboards (2016), roofs for the dugouts (2017), signage, and a batting cage (2018). They are currently contributing toward the irrigation pump house that will include a storage space for equipment.

Beefy Lawson Memorial 

In 2016, a grant for electronic scoreboards was given by the Beefy Lawson Memorial Fund.

In 2014 a large gas grill for the future concession stand at Greenway Sports Complex was purchased with funds donated by the Beefy Lawson Memorial Fund

Jen Guyer Memorial

In June 2019, dust screens for the dugouts at the Jen Guyer Field were donated from this fund.

Greenway Area Community Fund

In June 2022, the expense of purchasing a sound system was covered completely by the Greenway Community Fund. The speakers were installed on the concession building to broadcast for all fields.

Jen Guyer Field Outfield Advertising

 

Banners: 

This is an opportunity to invest in a 8 ft by 3 ft piece of advertising in a key location. These ads will be printed on a high-quality banner and hung on our outfield fence to be seen by thousands of people during our spring and summer ball seasons. 

The banners will be stored away carefully during the winter months while the  fields aren't in use and then put back up again in the spring.
